DMCA & Copyright Policy

Australian Wall Street respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid copyright complaints. While we are an Australian publisher, we accept notices compliant with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for U.S.-hosted services and also process copyright claims under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) (Australia).

This policy explains how to submit takedown notices and counter-notifications, and how we handle repeat infringements.

1) Notification of Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you believe material on australiawallstreet.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent.

Your notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, and postal address).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (attach registration details or evidence of ownership if available).
  3. The exact URL(s) or precise location(s) of the allegedly infringing material on our site (one URL per line).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to (Designated Agent):
Email: [email protected]
Postal: DMCA Agent, Australian Wall Street, Bizmart Holdings LLC, 1 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia
(Email is preferred for fastest handling.)

Tip: Do not send general inquiries to the DMCA address. For non-copyright issues, use [email protected].

2) Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a valid counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your full name, address, phone, and email.
  2. The URL or description of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside (or, if outside Australia, the courts of New South Wales, Australia) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice (or that person’s agent).
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Send counter-notifications to:
Email: [email protected]
Postal: DMCA Agent, Australian Wall Street, Bizmart Holdings LLC, 1 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original complainant informs us they have filed a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in the allegedly infringing activity.

3) Repeat Infringer Policy

We may suspend or terminate accounts and/or block submissions from users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content and disable access at our discretion where infringement is evident or alleged in good faith.

4) Submissions Made in Bad Faith

Submitting a knowing, material misrepresentation in a takedown notice or counter-notification may create legal liability (including damages and legal fees). If you are unsure whether the use of content is lawful (e.g., potential fair dealing under Australian law or fair use under U.S. law), seek legal advice before filing.

5) What Happens After You File

  • We review notices for completeness and may request additional information.
  • If your notice is accepted, we may remove or disable access to the content and notify the uploader.
  • If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless we are informed that court action has been initiated.
